Add and remove people
The Room owner manages people from Room settings → People. Search for someone who already has Sidekick access, then add them to the Room. Removing someone prevents them from opening the Room again. Messages and approvals they previously added still show their name. When a Room is connected to Slack, membership is managed from the mapped Slack channel. Add or remove people in Slack instead of editing the Room’s people list directly.Work in a shared thread
People in a Room can open its threads and take turns in the same conversation. Everyone works in the same thread. Each person’s message shows who sent it, and each approval shows who made the decision. Room membership does not make every workspace thread public. Personal Sidekick threads remain separate from Room threads. What the Room owner manages
The Room owner can change the Room’s name, description, people, files, Starts with instructions, connectors, repositories, and Slack connection. The owner can also archive or delete Room threads. Other Room members can read and continue the work but cannot change these settings.Where to go next
