Use Settings → Members to manage who can open the Oximy dashboard and what organization scope they receive. You must be a workspace administrator to send invitations or change another member’s access.

Invite people

1

Open Members

In the Oximy dashboard, open Settings → Members.
2

Select Invite

Select Invite above the member list.
3

Enter email addresses

Enter one or more email addresses. Separate multiple addresses with commas or whitespace. Oximy validates every address before enabling the invitation.
4

Choose a role

Choose Member, Admin, or Manager.
  • Member receives normal workspace access.
  • Admin can manage workspace-wide settings and access.
  • Manager receives department-scoped visibility.
5

Choose the manager's department

When the role is Manager, select the department the person oversees. The invitation cannot be sent until a department is selected.
6

Send the invitation

Select Send invite. For multiple valid addresses, the action shows the number of invitations that will be sent.
If an entered address already belongs to the workspace, Oximy updates the existing member’s applicable role instead of creating a duplicate invitation.

Review pending invitations

Pending invitations appear in the same member list with an Invited status. Search by email or role to find an invitation. To cancel one:
  1. Open the invitation’s actions menu.
  2. Select the pending invitation.
  3. Select Revoke invitation.
Revoking an invitation prevents that invitation from being accepted. Send a new invitation if the person should join later.

Change a member’s access

Open the actions menu for a current member to change their role or remove them from the workspace. Assigning Manager also requires a department.
Admin access is workspace-wide. Confirm that the person should manage workspace settings, products, billing, and access before assigning it.
Dashboard membership and observed employee identity are related but different. A person can appear in Visibility because Oximy has attributed AI activity to them without being invited to use the dashboard.
