Product states

The Billing and usage page shows which products are active, available, or not enabled for your workspace. The actions you see depend on your customer agreement and workspace type.

Why a documented feature may not appear

A feature can depend on your workspace’s product access, your role, and required setup such as a provider, integration, collector, or data source. Check Billing and usage for product access, then check the relevant setup page. An available page can still be empty while setup, collection, or processing is in progress. An empty page is different from a product or feature that is not available to the workspace.

Product usage

  • Visibility shows whether your workspace has access to the product.
  • Sidekick can include subscription and seat-related state.
  • Relay can include metered usage and subscription state.
Workspace administrators can open the available checkout or billing-management flow when self-service actions apply. Enterprise-managed workspaces may use an account-managed process instead.

Only workspace administrators can change billing, invoices, subscriptions, and product access.
Check the Billing and usage page and your customer agreement for the prices, allowances, and limits that apply to your workspace.
