# Investigate adoption

> Move from organization-wide adoption signals to the people, departments, tools, and use cases behind a change.

Use **Visibility → Overview** to understand where AI use is growing, stable, or
missing.

    Start with the active and reach metrics. These headline adoption measures
    represent the last 30 days.

    Change the trend visualization between **7d**, **30d**, and **90d** to see
    whether the recent movement is sustained.

  <Step title="Find the dimension">
    Compare tools, use cases, departments, and top performers to identify where
    the movement comes from.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the detail">
    Continue to the relevant person, department, tool, pattern, or activity view
    before reaching a conclusion.
